You will be able to add your name to the property deed as a joint tenant. If you add your name to the property deed, it won't have any impact on your credit report as your name is not mentioned in the mortgage docs as a co-borrower. Your credit will only get affected due to late payments when you are a co-borrower of the loan. _________________ Good is the Enemy of Great.
