i have a 1991 mobile home with a free clear title.i am looking for loan of $3500.00 but my credit score is shaky at around 580.what would be best a title loan or an attempt at personal loan?

Welcome Fred,

With a credit score of 580, it'll be difficult for you to qualify for a mortgage. The FHA approved lenders would require you to have a score of 620 whereas the conventional lenders will want you to have a score of 720-740. It's better to attempt for a personal loan but you should note that personal loans are available at a higher interest rate.
