Hi jocelynfalcon,

The dismissed bankruptcy will remain in your credit report for 7 years like any other negative item. After 7 years are passed, it will be removed from your credit report.

Take care.

Welcome andrea,

You may be able to voluntarily dismiss the bankruptcy filing. You should contact your bankruptcy attorney and trustee in this matter and sort it out.
