theres a house going for auction today need money is it to late to buy need to borrow 85.000

cricket, let me try to understand this. your subject indicates you have "property worth $130,000 paid" but your text indicates that there is a house going to auction TODAY and you need $85000? you have $40000?
85 + 40 = 125...what's up with the other 5?

is it too late? i would have to surmise that it is. usually to arrange for a loan of $85000 it takes more than a few hours.

is this just a test?

Hi cricket,

You can look out for private money lenders as Chris has mentioned. But you should make sure that you understand the terms and conditions of the loan and check if you will be able to afford it or not. If you can afford it, then go for it.
