My ex boyfriend had gotten a Honda card several yrs ago to pay for a bike that he wanted. As far as I know he still has the bike but isn't making payments. I have no way of getting ahold of him but he is ruining my credit by not making payments. Is there any way that I can get off the card? I don't even remember signing it and I wouldn't put it past him to forge my name on a document. What are my options?

Hi AHeinlein,

You will have to check out whether or not your name is mentioned on that card. If your name is not mentioned on that card, then you're not responsible for the payments and your credit should not be ruined due to it.

Thanks
