I bought a land 3 years ago from one company and the sale representive said to me that this land has a good future and unfortunately, i trust him. Now i don't want the land and i want to give to the company back even without take any money back from them. Is there any way to do that WITHOUT ANY AFFECT ON MY CREDIT SCORE. I have exellent score and i don't want to lose it. Is DIL is good for me???? PLEASE I NEED HELP
I really wonder why anyone will just give away his property for the sake of only credit score.

You should at least accept minimal cash value of the land.OK you can do whatever you wish to do.But In this case you should make sure that when company will give in written format that they will remove all the remarks once they get their land return (with or without paying any money) then your dealing will have some value.and your purpose of 'saving your credit' will be achieved.

Hi Guest,
Have you tried to sell the property in question? There are websites on which you can list the property for sale at no cost.
You can list your property on Craig's List. Hopefully you can reach the right buyer/speculator and get a reasonable price for the property. Good luck
