Also if you have been sued by collection agency, would it be a good idea to dispute the items in question before hand? _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? If you have been already sued by the collection agency, then I feel it's quite late for you ask for a debt validation. It would have been better if you could have asked for a debt validation before they had sued you. Thanks, Jerry
