Which of the 3 fico scores are used? Or do they average them out?

Dependign on the lender some use all of them and some use one or two.

When they use all the three it will be middle number which matters.

Lenders use the middle of the 3 scores. For example, if you have a 690 Experian score, a 730 Fair Issac, and a 680 Equifax score the lender will use the 690 score because it is the middle of the 3. I hope this helps...
