I own a 1995 mobile , no payments, I do not own the land, I pay lot rent, I would like to borrow money to improve the home. My credit is not so good, can i still get a loan , how long are the loans for

Hi marymarieminutolo,

You haven't mentioned what your credit score is like. With a bad credit score, it would be difficult for you to get a mortgage. You can get a FHA loan with a minimum credit score of 620 but you should not have much negative items in your credit report. If you're planning for a conventional loan, then you would require a credit score of 720.
