The only way to get financing is to use the combined income of my wife and I. The only problem is, my wife has no credit history. It's not that she has bad credit, she just has no credit. We both make good money and my credit score is excellent. How can we get financing prior to selling our current home? Thanks _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? They will show her as an auth user and this can report on her credit report.
