Co signer for FHA loan

I am not qualifying for FHA loan becasue of my credit score. Can I get a co signer and get qualified for FHA loan
Once my credit score improves I will take out co signers name

Hi,

Hey, you cannot use your co-signers credit score to be qualified for loan. One more thing, you can't remove co-signer from loan until you not paying off it. As your say its impossible to get loan.

very true...the only way in which a lender will consider a co-signer to help you qualify is if your lapse is in the income category. you still have to have a sufficient credit score to be considered in the first place.

nice orange, there, gunz, but how many see it as clearly as you might like to think.
