I have a credit card that I owe about $10000 I paid the collection agency $3000.00. The payment i made is not listed on my credit report.

You can contact your creditor and ask him to report the payments to the credit bureau. However, you can also report the payments to the credit bureau and request them to make the required changes in your credit report.
