My credit score came a little bit lower than 650 because I did not pay an emergency visit bill two years ago.Beside this every thing else is in good standing ,including credit cards,car loan and my mortgage.
Would please tell me if there is a way in otaining higher scores?

There are only two things you can do:
1. Try to get the doctor/hospital to agree to remove the bad credit item (not likely, because, it was not paid)

2. Passage of time with no more derogatory credit.

If you have credit cards with balances over 40% of the line/limit available, pay the balances below 40% of the line/limit available.
