if my credit is good but was deniyed a loan because of a hosp. bill that went to colectoins but i have been making payments on can i be approvied from someone else?

You can get approved with some other lender. I will suggest you to contact the other local lenders of your area and apply for a loan. The other lenders will check your financial situation and let you know whether or not you can qualify for a mortgage. This community has a large number of lenders. You can seek a no obligation free mortgage quote with them and get to know whether or not you can get a loan.
