The Maximum Acreage is 10 on manufactured homes. You will have to make it work on 10 Acres cannot be a single wide.

Guest	Posted: Tue Mar 17, 2009 2:53 am    Post subject: Like 0 Dislike 0 I guess, you will be able to upgrade the mobile home. You can check out if you can title 1 loans for mobile home upgradation or not. Purchasing another mobile home will depend upon your credit score and financial situation.
