i am looking to purchase a manufactured home, i have 80 acers and have lived on my land for 31 years i am trying to upgrade my moble home, i have never borrowed or took out cash on my land, what are my options, i have good credit too

The land can't be over 35% of the value of the home. The Maximum Acreage is 10 on manufactured homes. You will have to make it work on 10 Acres cannot be a single wide.

what does that mean, there is currently asingle wide there and being lived in. it sits on 1 acer out of the 80 acers.

I guess, you will be able to upgrade the mobile home. You can check out if you can title 1 loans for mobile home upgradation or not. Purchasing another mobile home will depend upon your credit score and financial situation.
