I live alone and am going to put my Daughters name on my deed, I have the form and I am wondering if I can fill it out myself, have my Dt sign it, and register it at the county office without paying for a lawyer, I just want to make sure it will be valid, thank you for any information

Welcome Carol,

It's better to take help from a lawyer in drafting the deed or else later on if someone claims property, you may have problems if there's a flaw in the legal language.

Make sure your daughter's signature is notarized. Otherwise, you have stated the necessary steps, assuming you have the proper type of deed, the proper grantor/grantee language, and the proper legal description.
