I'm in the process of setting up a Revocable Trust. At this time, my health is good. Hopefully, I will never need Medical, but, you never know.

Hi.

Welcome to the forum. You are going to set up a Revocable Trust. But even after setting the Revocable Trust, you will still remain the owner of the property until your death and you can even alter or terminate the trust. So the Trust Transfer Deed should not affect your eligibility for Medicaid. Feel free to ask if you have any further questions.

Best of luck,
Larry
