How can I add my brother onto the title of the property I currently own. We are going to be equal partners.

Hi Guest,

To add your brother to the title to the property, you need to sign a quit claim deed as grantor transerring your interest in the property to you and your brother as grantees. You can also opt to be joint tenants where both of you will have an undivided and equal interest in the property.
