The problem is we are in chapter 13 and have been paying for 18 mths now.Can i get a loan?We are in Delaware.

You will have to wait for 1 year after the discharge of your bankruptcy in order to qualify for a FHA loan. If you're planning for a conventional loan, then you will have to wait for 2 years after the discharge. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
