I have relatives in Indiana that are applying for this exemption this year. To the best of my knowledge, this type of exemption doesn't exist in Delaware, does it?

Hi bmattix!

Welcome to forums!

What type of exemptions are you speaking about. If it's something related to bankruptcy, check out the given page:

Hi bmattix!

Welcome back to forums!

It is true that states like Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania provide no specific homestead exemption.
