I have a mortgage loan and I want to refinance it with my existing lender. I want to know will I have to pay the closing costs again?

Welcome to forum.

Yes, you have to pay the closing costs again because there is no cost to process the new loan application. The closing cost which you will pay includes fees paid to third parties such as appraisal providers and the title and the closing providers.

So far I know, the amount owed in a home equity conversion mortgage can never exceed the value of your property.
