Hi

Christina,

Welcome to MortgageFit forum.

In order to find out the right lender you may consider the following

points.

1. You may check whether the mortgage company has a valid license.
2. You can do a market survey to compare

the interest rates offered by different mortgage companies for a particular loan term.
3. You can obtain the annual report

of the company from the bank to know about the financial status of the mortgage company.
4. You should try to know about

the goodwill of the company from people around you.

Eagerly waiting for further queries.
