Is it a good idea to transfer the balances from my existing credit cards and personal loans into my offset Mortgage?

Hi Guest.

Welcome to MortgageFit forum.

Yes it is a good idea to transfer the balances from your existing credit cards and personal loans into an offset mortgage. This is because all your borrowings within an offset mortgage is at a mortgage rate which is much lower than the standard rates charged on personal loans and credit cards.

Further in an offset mortgage you have the liberty to repay parts of the loan as early as possible. So there is complete flexibility.

Please feel free to send further queries.

Regards
