Roth 401K is a retirement planning option that has come into effect from January 2006. This plan account includes contributions with after-tax dollars.

If you want to withdraw the earning from roth 401(k) tax free then you have to be 59 and 1/2 years old and the contribution to the plan should be made for at least five years.
