Hi Guest
Welcome to MortgageFit forum.
You can obviously combine the two mortgages even if the appraised value of your new home is greater than the sale price of the mobile home. You can apply for a blanket mortgage which will allow you to combine the two mortgages into a single mortgage keeping the two properties as collateral.
A blanket mortgage does not depend on whether the appraised value of the new home exceeds the sale price of your mobile home. So you can easily proceed further.
Hope you will find this information useful. For further reference, go through http://www.mortgagefit.com/blanket-mortgage.html

Hi Guest
Welcome to MortgageFit forum.
A blanket mortgage is a kind of mortgage which the loan is offered against more than one property, held as the collateral at the same time.
The mortgage can be used in developing the property and also for construction purposes. Moreover the mortgage offers a partial release clause which allows a borrower to sell a property. But he needs pay off a certain part of the debt.
However it depends on the lender whether he will charge a fee at closing for including the partial release clause in the mortgage.
Hope you will be benefited from this information. For further reference, go through http://www.mortgagefit.com/blanket-mortgage.html.

Hi Rachel
It always adds up to the knowledge while interacting people like you. As of now you may not agree to my cause, but still it will be a pleasure to serve you.
I will try to arrange the contact details of some blanket mortgage lenders. I will mention their details in the post itself so that you can choose as per your requirements.
Thanks once again,
Sam |
