Can quick claim transfer personal property?

Hi Help Me, A deed cannot be transferred. It is the property which has the lien and can be transferred. You can transfer a property with a lien on it and the new owner will have to deal with the lien. If the new owner wants a clear title, then you will have to pay off the lien first and then transfer the property. Thanks, Jerry
