To all homeowner/ homebuyer readers- The fact that you're doing research on mortgagefit.com shows that you're the type that does your financial homework.
I am new to the mortgagefit community, but I have started a Blog which focuses on increasing your equity in your current or new home. Please take a look at it; every week I'm planning on adding new practical information.
We are glad to have you as a member of the MortgageFit Community. I was closely following your posts regarding the new mortgage product that you have developed.
From the initial detail it seems to be an interesting product to be launched in the market and hope it will prove to be useful to many.
I have also checked your blog. It's a good start and I believe it will be a good platform from the marketing point of view. We all would like to see more about the AMF in your blog.
Our community would also like to have you as our regular member and hope you will participate in helping the visitors, seeking help with this community, with your valuable suggestions.
I think you got the idea that this community is intended to help people with their mortgage related problems. Suggestions from people like you can benefit them and help them find a way on their own. At least they gain confidence in themselves.
We hope to have a long and successful relationship with you.
Yeah I too think we will get required guidance from you. _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? Get free consultation from community lenders/consultant

This new mortgage product you are bringing to our notice really seems quite interesting.
And I would also like to thank you for joining our community and sharing your noble idea of creating a new mortgage product for the benefit of general people.
I am going to visit your blog everyday for sure to know if you have given any new update about the product.
Thanks for the feedback and well-wishes.
I have a couple of subjects/posts in mind for the Blog which I think will be pretty interesting for people, especially homeowners or homebuyers. And I will certainly be talking more descriptively about my AMF loan product, and what I perceive is almost a "need" for it -as an option of course.
Since I do work in real estate development and financing, I do have some experience and plenty to say about equity, home values, appraisals- and the like. Not all is directly mortgage related, but it all is definitely homebuyer related.
Should be fun, and hopefully relevant enough for all....

Ken, I will look forward to this new information AMF on our community site. It is very hard sometimes to build up equity. I have only lived in our new home a year and yes all goes towards loan not principal. If people can intelligently and legally do this that I'm willing to look into such a concept. It will be a great help to all who are interested in this new way. You sound like me. I am always looking for the best and most efficient way to do solve a problem, and mortgages can sometimes dominate your financial asspects of your life. Thank you for putting out there some helpful information. spkll1
