i am self employed and my wife works full time, we are working on a second mortgage but it is taking so long to get it done. my wife has a higher credit score than me and wemake about the same amount of money. the one lender got us approved then changed there mind, we then went to secured funding and they take there time. we have went escrow 3 times with secured and they say 24-72 hours, then they come back with somthing else. the QUESTION is, do we have any more options?

Hi,

Since you have good credit scores and you have been approved once with a lender, I think you could have shopped around for some more time before deciding upon the lender. Though its not your fault anyway, its the mortgage company that is perhaps not dealing with you in a proper way. They should have been offering more customer oriented services.

Under this situation, I would suggest that you try to cancel the deal with this company and look for a better choice. And, this time, ask the lender for some written feedback or testimonials given by the clients. Such things can give you an idea about how satisfactory their services are.

Let us know if you have any more queries.

All the best.

Thanks,

Caron.

Hi,

While you are looking for a suitable lender, you can also take some help from our Community. We have good contacts with some of the ranked lenders in the industry and they can come forward with services keeping in view your maximum benefit.

But for that, please go for a no obligation free loan sign up with us. This will allow us to process your request by sending your details to our Loan Department. The department officials will negotiate with the lenders and try to find a deal that matches your requirements and inform you as soon as possible.

Here's a brief idea about how we follow through after you sign up with us.

Best wishes to you!!

Regards,

Jessica.
