Generally lenders don't approve blanket mortgages with 10 investment properties. However it may vary from lender to lender when it comes to dealing with such situations. In case you don't get such an offer, you can take a mortgage loan to purchase another property and with that cash clear the mortgage dues on the current property. In this way you can follow a cycle in which you go on purchasing properties by paying off the previous mortgages. This will help you to acquire ten such investment properties.
