I am new to the forum and as I was reading through the postings, I noticed how informational this site would be to prospective home buyers as well as those in the home buying process. I wanted to find out how can I refer people to this site because there is information on here that I know a lot of people could use.

I myself have learned some new things as I have been going through this site.
