| My hud1 shows that I was charged for 11 months of PMI, my loan has been transferred (sold) from one lender to another and now my new lender is charging the PMI again. I have talked to several CSR's at the company, and they all see where the original PMI was charged to me, but they have now way of fixing the problem. What can I do? |

Hi Dennis,
Welcome to MortgageFit Forums,
I think this is a case of loan fraud which many borrowers are facing in the industry. I can understand that you are a bit worried but then do not lose hope. You must be having a receipts proving that you have paid PMI, show it to your lender. And contact your previous lender immediately, explain him your situation and ask him to show all the related papers to your lender. This will help you to clear all the mess.
But if even this does not solve your problem I would suggest you to consult an attorney.
God Bless You.
Thanks,

Hi Dennis,
You should consult an attorney immediately. He will take care of you for the appropriate process and help you out.
Don't worry it's not your fault and you will come out of this situation.
Regards,
