Hi, Friends

On January 26, 2006, we released our first ebook "Mortgage Rates - Reflection for 2005 and Prediction for 2006". You can find the ebooks in our Bookshelf.

Since then I have received several reviews and suggestions on it. I am starting this thread so that community can post their comments and suggestions.

This will allow us to improve so that we can come up with better ebook next time.

To avail mortgage, rate is a prime factor on the basis of every person comes into a decision. Everyone will try to know future market prospect.

And this is a book really helps home loan seeker to decide whether they go for the mortgage or not.

Hi all,

I find this book simple and easy to follow. It is indeed true, one needs to know about the ups and downs in rates and possible reasons. I"ll refer this book to my friends who are new to his industry and aren't sure of which way to go.
