| I am going to hand over my credit report to the lender for a loan approval. Everything otherwise so far seems to be ok except an unwanted mark in my credit report for some unavoidable reasons. How to come out of it in front of the lender? I need the loan without delay. |

Hi,
Like anybody else, lenders like people with a genuine and honest approach. If there are some unfavorable remarks in your credit report, you should not try to hide it with some manipulating words.
Instead if you give a letter attached with it mentioning the reasons for that remark then that will favor your appeal. Give him a genuine explanation which will definitely be liked by the lender as this will again prove your honesty which is important in this industry.
An organized and sincere approach will raise the confidence level of the lender for you and you can get your loan approved easily.
God bless you.

Hi,
It is true that an proper explanatory letter can help you with the lender if you had some minor credit problems in the past.
You give detail explanation for that in your letter and if it looks genuine at first sight, then you will definitely get support of the lender.
