Hi Grace,

Choosing the appropriate lender is an important part of your mortgage procedure. Specially, if it is your first time, then you may feel hesitation in taking a decision in the matter. If you make some careful observations on the lender, you can easily choose the best one for your deal.

While selecting a lender, don't think of only to reduce your costs and rates. Along with it check the lender's reputation, past records and sincerity. If you keep your observation power open, while you talk to him, you can find out a lot of information about the lender.

Check whether you were shown any enthusiasm on the lender's part on your meet. See, his sincerity and approach while discussing the loan terms with you. If the lender is a good one, he is going to listen to your queries with patience and answer all of them rather than avoiding them. He should be ready to show you related documents.

Since this is going to be long time relationship, so the introduction should make you feel an important person by the lender.

Hi Amy,

Many lenders provide incentives to make your repayment prompt and easy. Incentives do help in reducing the loan over time. You may to follow the instructions of the lenders to get this incentive.

Hope this information will help you.

God bless you.
