Hi Truman,

FHA programs may require 3% to 4% cash down. There are no income requirements as such to qualify for FHA programs.

These programs do not have prepayment penalties. Another thing I would like to mention is that FHA doesn't lend you money but you may get the mortgage loan from bank, mortgage company or any FHA approved lender.

These loans are originated and serviced by private lenders. The FHA loan limit varies with the county where the property belongs.
