Hi Daisy,
There are a variety of programs regarding mortgage which require limited documentation. The requirements vary with the type like self-employment, credit, equity or asset.
If you require one then you must take the advice of a mortgage consultant who may properly guide you based on your needs.
But you have to be prepared to pay higher interest in this type compared to fully documented mortgage. Lenders lower the rate for the borrowers with more documents.

There are plenty of programs available requiring no documentation, no income check,no asset no check,no job verfication, even no credit check in certain cases.
