had a mtg broker as borrower in minnesota..The refinance loan closed in July 06'.
the borrower never bothered to make a payment. The wholesale lender is coming after my broker. I originated the loan as a W2 employee am I liable because now my broker wants to sue me for costs and attorney fees according to my ind. contraotor agreement. the ind. cont agreement does not cover W2 does it..?

I don't think you should be sued. Instead, your broker should sue the borrower.

It's the Independent Contractor Agreement.
