The wholesale lender is coming after my broker. I originated the loan as a W2 employee am I liable because now my broker wants to sue me for costs and attorney fees according to my ind. contraotor agreement. the ind. cont agreement does not cover W2 does it..? _________________ ■ Tennis News, Tips, and Gear ■ - Help the Planet
