bankruptcy with no assets

I am in real trouble. I don't have any assets left. Now is there any need to file a bankruptcy as there is nothing to recover.

I feel sorry about your situation. But I will insist that you must still file a bankruptcy even though you don't have any assets left.

You may not have a home or a car to put a lien on it but the creditors can garnish your wages. You may be continuously disturbed by the creditors over phone.

They can even drag you to court time and again to get the explanation why the judgment isn't paid. If you miss one hearing for some reason you may even get an arrest warrant against you for contempt of court.

So, it's wise to file a bankruptcy even if you are not left with any assets. Seek advice from a lawyer for a proper suggestion.

Hi,

You must file a bankruptcy and it will be much easier for you to get rid of your debts as you don't have any assets left.

Chapter 7 bankruptcy will work out fast and cheap for you. But if you have assets, you may be forced into chapter 13.
