Approved appraiser list

I am a licensed real estate appraiser in Lincoln, Nebraska, and am looking at expanding my client base. I am interested what information I need to submit to be accepted onto your approved appraiser list. I am currently employed with a local bank as an in house appraiser but am always looking for more work. I have been in the real estate appraisal business in Lincoln and surrounding communities since 1994. I have been a fully licensed residential appraiser since 1997. I typically complete 50-60 appraisal orders a month, however since the market has slowed, so have I. Please let me know what information you would need to complete my registration.
