Hi Stith,
The Equity Acceleration Program is loan acceleration plan considered as a unique and strong mortgage reduction program.
Using this program, on average homeowners can save $60,000 in mortgage interest charges over the loan term.
It can come to the help of almost any homeowners. Using Equity Acceleration Program you can get out of debt sooner. Also, you may be able to build your home equity two to three times faster than allowed by your present repayment system.
It can help you to pay off your 30 year loan in about 20 years or less.
Hope this information will help you.
God bless you.

Hi Stith,
I want add some more. This program actually accelerates the reduction of your principal balance more frequently.
One more advantage with this program is that it gives access to a free annual mortgage audit on request.
Hope this information will be useful.

Hi Stith,
Yes, you can transfer the Equity Acceleration Program to a new loan once a year free of charge by informing the USMR Customer Service Department about the new lender and detail on the new loan.
Hope I could clear your query.
God bless you.
