Hi Steven,
Welcome to the forums.
Finally we have someone really taking some action against Geneva Roth. We have had so many complaints listed here against the company; people are really fed up and the worst part is, the company cannot be traced at all. That's what worries people more because they don't now how and when Geneva Roth would take out money from their accounts.
But it is great to hear that you have taken the initiative. I hope the company no longer gets the chance to carry on their illegal activities.

MY ACCOUNT IS BEING DRAINED BY THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE OUT $90 4 TIMES A MONTH. I HAVE TRIED ALL NUMBERS LISTED ON THIS SITE. THEY ARE DISCONNECTING THEM. DOES ANYONE HAVE A NEW NUMBER FOR THEM?
This sort of behavior is quite expected from Geneva Roth. It is their usual practice of garnishing borrower's account. It is very difficult to trace them as they frequently change their contact numbers. But anyways, you can try at the number given by h n p.
You should discuss this issue with your bank. They will let you know if it would be possible to stop them from taking out money from your account. _________________ Good is the Enemy of Great.
I live in the state of Va. I have had the same problem since feb 2007 I loan for a $100. Which make the payment $130.this company has been taken $30.00 from my checking accout bi weekly. I wanted to close my checking account, but do not know what to do next.So I decided today that i was going to pay them. And send them money via Money Gram. Instead, I ran across this website. (Thank God, When search for there website because I don't have a phone number for them. Thanks for the info.) But, there is one thing I want to make clear. Are you saying since we have already paid so much money to this company, that we dont owe them any thing else??? And to be sure to contact the proper authorities.
If you have paid more than what you owed then take immediate steps to stop them from taking out anything extra.
Let them prove that you still owe them any money. If you have kept proper documentation of the payments you made then it would be difficult for them to prove that you still owe them anything.
If you do not owe them anything, then there is no point to continue making further payments. I think it is high time that you should take legal action against them. And at the same time, ask your bank to close your checking account in order to stop further garnishment.
Did you contact the company officials? What are they saying? I guess they are the ones who will be able to tell them when they'll stop the ACH withdrawals.

I spoke to a Ms Shirley Shaw 10/8 after they have deducted 360.00 from my acct. on a 300.00 own. I never received a contract in reguards to and extention of 90.00 biweekly and found out the actual loan had never been paid! So this morning after letting her know I was reportin them to BBB she became very defensive and told me not to call her any more and hung up the phone! This can be good business ethics.....................Left message with a Mr Wiggins who is suppose to be her team leader @ ext 235.
But why did you inform her that you would report to the BBB. These guys need to understand that they'll have to stop doing illegal things or else some day or the other they would have to face the law. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial sucess

I was stupid and took out a payday loan this summer from Geneva Roth. I'm not sure when my loan should be paid off. I didn't have enough in my account and they keep hitting my account so I'm racking up a ton of NSF fees. What bank department should I contact?
