You should try to contact the company immediately and show them the documents that your loan has been paid off. Otherwise they will keep on pulling out money from your account.

I also had a loan with them. I rexcently opened a new acount with a bank not at all affiliated with the one I had at the time of the loan. with in 3 weeks they had obtained my account info and tried to debit my account. I talked with my bank who suggested I open a new account. They did say how ever there was nothing they could do to prevent this company from debiting my account again. They said they did not know how they obtained my account info, but if they got my new account number they could not stop them from continuing to debit my accoutn. What can I do to stop them from getting my account number every time I open a new account? Isn't that illegal?
The complaints against Geneva Roth are increasing day by day. There are so many complaints against then in this forum. People say Geneva Roth Ventures is nothing but a loan shark company. You should file complaints against them at the Attorney General's office in your state. Geneva Roth is doing all sorts of illegal activities and this should be stopped.

For the past few months my direct deposits been looking less than it's suppose to be and I just find out that $90 has been deducted from my checking account. This has got to stop or I'll will have to notify the FBI because this isn't right. Money doesn't grow on trees.

finely ive got an e-mailfrom "that" loancompany that works. they also go under the name "loan point usa" phone#1800-351-8830 i have called to get my loaninformation, and got it right away, but i was on hold for over an hour to speek to a rep. i never got to speek to one. i wonder if i can pay back the money by western union quick pay and get it over with?

i to was stupid to take a loan from geneva Roth cap. i was told $74.00 first pay check the the $200.00 the next,instead it has been &74.00 each pay check and the will not returns calls. i never signed an extention form.and cannot find an e-mail address for them since they do not return phone calls.
