Here are some suggestions for you to conduct a successful search:
Choose appropriate zip code. Zip code can be of any state or city. Be as specific as possible to narrow your search results.
Don't use multiple zip codes for the search.
(Example: 91302, 94301 - incorrect entry)
Don't put quotes or any punctuation marks while searching; the results displayed will be nil.
Select an option from the loan type if you want to search the lender through the loan program. Or else, you can keep the option as Any to search all the lenders for the particular zip code.
Here is an example:
Give the zip code as 92307
Select the loan type from the menu
Press the Search button or press the Enter key
The Results page will show the list of lenders under that zip code
Tip: If you don't know your exact requirement or if you want to search for some specific lender, just enter the zip code and keep the option as Any. It will list all the lenders for that particular zip code.

This home looks like a double wide but is a singal wide with an attached inclosed insulated sunroom on 1.38 acre with a lake (pond) on the property. I need to see if you can get me a loan to purchase this property as is. $57, 000.00. 3 bed / 2 Bath Home needs fixing up but is in real good shape. home also is not purged. what can you do low interest. mid score 620
