| MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY. THEY PUT $300.00 INTO HIS ACCOUNT WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION. THEN STARTED TAKING $90.00 OUT OF HIS ACCOUNT EVERY TWO WEEKS. WE DON'T KNOW HOW THEY GOT HIS INFORMATION. THE ONLY THING WE CAN FIGURE IS HE GOT A LOAN THROUGH THE BANK OF DELAWARE AROUND THE SAME TIME WHO TAKES OUT THEIR MONEY EVERY 2 WEEKS & I THINK THEY MUST HAVE SOLD HIS INFORMATION OR HIS INFO WAS HACKED INTO ON LINE. AT THIS TIME THEY HAVE RECEIVED $180.00 IN FINANCE CHARGES ON A $300.00 LOAN THAT MY HUSBAND DID NOT REQUEST. TO ME ITS A CLASSIC SCAM. THINK ABOUT HOW MUCH MONEY THEIR MAKING IN FINANCE CHARGES IF THEY DO THIS ALOT. $180.00 A MONTH UNTIL THEY GET THE $300.00 PAID IF IN FULL. BECAUSE THE $90.00 EVERY 2 WEEKS IS FOR A FINANCE CHARGE ONLY. THEY COULD BE MAKING MILLIONS BY GETTING SOMEONES ACCOUNT INFO PUTTING UNREQUESTED MONIES IN THEIR ACCOUNT & THEN START ILLEGALLY WITHDRAWING AN UNGODLY FINANCE CHARGE EVERY MONTH & IF SOMEONE TRIES TO STOP THE WITHDRAWLS THEY HAVE SOMEONE CALL & START THREATING YOU WITH JAIL OR COURT IF YOU DONT PAY THEM BACK AN AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT IS LARGER THAN THE AMOUNT THEY PUT IN YOUR ACCOUNT TO BEGIN WITH. THEY NEED TO BE FEDERALLY INVESTIGATED & PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. I WILL CERTAINLY DO MY PART TO SEE THAT THEY ARE. |

Hello Lance,
This is a regular happening with these companies. It is good that you have decided to take steps against them.
But first of all, inform the bank about this fraud and see if they help you to put an overdraft protection to your account. You may also take legal steps by informing the BBB but take the assistance of an attorney. |

| I have been trying to reach them for over a year now. They have been taking $75.00 every 2 weeks out of my account for the past year. They totally rip you off and you can't get them to leave you alone. If anyone has a number where I can talk to someone in the company, I'd greatly appreciate it. |

Hello Gina,
Do you have a loan with SJM Marketing? Is there any problem in making the payments? Otherwise why will you get calls like that.
There has been numerous complaints against SJM before. We may offer a solution only if you state your problem clearly.
If necessary you may consult a lawyer and take legal assistance from him. |

There has to be something we can do about this right!!!!
After we close our accouts with the bank, Or put a hold on there transactions? Is there anything else we can do? File a complaint? Is there some kind of way we can find these people? |

yeah definitely you can file a complaint with the FTC. Please look through the complaint form at http://www.mortgagefit.com/mortgage-companies/about5040.html#21276 .
You can also file a complaint with the State Attorney General.
