Definitely there are programs available for the first time home buyers. A number of programs have been designed with flexibility and special mortgage rates for the first time home buyers.
The programs have been built to enable first time buyers in overcoming the difficulties that may have been faced in the past.
Programs are available with the lenders to help buyers with small down payment and closing costs, buyers with zero credit or poor credit history and buyers with irregular income. A lot more is available.
So, you may shop around and look for a special mortgage for you.

Hi Best,
There are a lot special programs, with special mortgage rates available for the first time home buyers.
You may check the newspaper advertisements to know about the lender sponsored programs regarding the matter on a weekly basis.
