What Documents Will I need to provide with my Loan Application?
The documents you need to provide for a loan application are:
Personal Documents
- Employment and salary history for the last two years and explanation in-writing if there are any lapses in the work history.
- Documents certifying your address and also your addresses for the last two years (also your landlord if necessary).
- Your social security number document and also that of your co-borrowers.
- Pay stubs for the last 30 days.
- Copy of purchase contract.
- Divorce or other legal documents if any.
Financial Documents
Showing full account of your monthly salary (including bonus, commission,dividend, alimony, child support or maintenance payments).
- Showing all your bank accounts.
- Showing investment accounts and also names and addresses of institutions with whom you have a transaction.
- Your credit card accounts.
- Bankruptcy files if any.
- Mortgage or debt accounts if any.
- If self employed- provide your tax returns certificate for the recent year you filed.
