Hi Leecat,

Welcome to the forums.

You can sign on the quitclaim deed as executor but be sure of what impact the transfer can have on you or your father's estate. By the way, let me some more details of the transfer and what exactly is your question related to.

Take Care

Hi,

To whom do you want to quitclaim?

You can quitclaim as an executor of your father's property but before signing the deed consult with your attorney so that he can help you in the process.

Best of luck,
Larry
