Hi,I am wondering here in 2008 (considering the mortgage crisis) are there any NIV loans still out there for first time home buyers? I can verify employment and assets, but income is tough as I am self emplyed.I live in NH and would be a first time home buyer. I can make payments on a home. The loan rep I've spoken with has not mentioned this optin for NIV as a 1st time home buyer now in 2008, unlike early 2007 when I started looking for a house.Can you advise me of any programs out there that may help me in my quest to know more and find a program to help me? I would be the only borrower on this loan as my husband has poor credit and IS NOT joint with me on any accounts.Please advise if you would.Thanks! | ||||

Can you give me more info on how to find a lender for a subprime score applicant? You mentioned FHA but don't you need a low income to qualify for that? | ||||
