Are there any negative aspects to the Home Ownership Acceler

I can't seem to find enough feedback from customers of this loan. No news may be good news, but i would like to hear from any customers of this product.
Keep in mind, customers of the HOA by CMG not the software being pushed by multilevel marketers.
