Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with FHA mortgages in San Francisco and if they could recommend a legitimate low fee bank/broker.

Thanks

Hi SikeMo!

Welcome to Forums!

I personally do not have any experience about the FHA mortgages in San Francisco. However, you can consult a few lenders and check the type of fees and interest rates they are offering. This will help you to know the real scenario and you can choose accordingly.

You can also ask for free mortgage quotes from the lenders of this community. You can get a fair idea of what you will be offered. Check the following link for the same

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

Most brokers in the area will have access to FHA?
Good Luck
